Your Home Sold in 60 Days!!

Pat Horwood guarantees that if the Sellers home is not sold within the first sixty (60) days of listing, at an agreed upon minimum price, that Pat Horwood will continue to market the Sellers home for an additional sixty (60) days and pay the Sellers $ 1,000 cash (or deduct $1,000 off the commission) upon successful sale of the referenced property.

This Guarantee applies to homes that have an agreed upon minimum price of $175,000 or greater.  Homes that have an agreed upon minimum price of $120,000 to $175,000, $750 shall be deducted off the commission upon the successful sale of the referenced property.  Homes with an agreed upon minimum price of less than $120,000, $500 shall be deducted from the commission upon the successful sale of the referenced property.  

A four month listing agreement has been signed by the Seller.

The listed price is set at a mutually agreed market value determined on the basis of market conditions and comparable homes.

For the purpose of this agreement, the Seller agrees to permit sales representatives reasonable access to the property on a daily basis in order to show the property to prospective purchasers.

If the Seller receives an offer at or above the guaranteed sale price within the first sixty (60) day period, and rejects the offer, then this agreement is null and void.
